Tbh I came up with the meatball bit long before I fleshed this chapter out, I don’t even think skeleton wizard would be in here if it wasn’t for this gag. Thank you, meatball bit.

To my eternal embarrassment, I’ve been numbering my posts wrong. I swear my greatest weakness is not being able to count, so we’re back on 30! Timeline restored!

Drew another Submarina sticker, and I worked her into the story a little more for the future. I realized how cool of a character she is and now I can’t just leave her alone.

Here’s something cool!

I got an issue of flavor girls for Christmas, and it reminded me just how much I love Loic Locatelli’s work. He’s a french comic artist currently based out of Japan, and has around 7 graphic novel projects under his belt.

I think I get too clean and precious with my backgrounds sometimes, so I especially love his line variations on the edges of the focal points in his work. He’s a good reminder that messy lines don’t always mean lazy art.
